Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you contact sales, book a demo, request the ROI Calculator or another resource, or submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, we receive what you enter: typically your name, work email, company, role, phone number, and your message or preferred time.
• Usage and device data. Pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, browser and device type, and interactions such as button clicks, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).
• Business contact data from third parties. If you reach us through LinkedIn, LinkedIn passes us the details you agreed to share in its form.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, schedule a meeting, or deliver the resource you asked for.
• To follow up about Looq PRISM and related products where you have shown interest. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
• To measure our advertising and show relevant ads to people who visited our site (see “Advertising” below).
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (analytics and advertising cookies, marketing email where required), the performance of a contract or steps you ask us to take before one (answering enquiries, delivering resources), and our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use the following services on the site. Each sets its own cookies or identifiers and has its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for site analytics.
• Vercel Analytics for aggregate, cookie-free page metrics.
• HubSpot for our forms, contact database and page-visit tracking of known contacts.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag for ad measurement and retargeting on LinkedIn. LinkedIn may link your visit to your LinkedIn profile under its own policy; you can control this in your LinkedIn ad settings.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the opt-outs each provider offers, and enable “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals, which we honour where our tools support them.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers that process data on our behalf: Microsoft 365 (email and calendar), HubSpot (CRM and forms), Google (analytics), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and LinkedIn (advertising). They are bound to use the data only for our purposes.
• Channel partners, such as an AV integrator in your region, only when you ask us to connect you.
• Authorities or advisers where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
• A successor business in the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, under the same protections.

International transfers

Looq operates from the United States and Israel, and our providers may process data in other countries. Where data leaves the EEA or UK we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep enquiry and marketing contact data while there is an active conversation or interest, and remove it on request or after a prolonged period of inactivity. Analytics data is retained per each provider’s default settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your data protection authority. California residents have the rights set out in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete; we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad-measurement tools described above.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with providers that maintain recognised security certifications. Access within Looq is limited to people who need it for the purposes above.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email to affected contacts.
